Okay…..Here are a few bags like Shannons …a little different.

If you see one you like click on the red heart to find more information about the bag, like size, price and more pictures.
Another idea would be to choose your own fabrics. Each bag takes 5 fat quarters and one yard of lining fabric. I have the rest of the parts. I will stitch it for you for $25. If you have my card you have the address, if not, you can email me here; cjdobson at fantzypantz.com. (lose the spaces and replace the ‘a-t’ ) Sorry, can’t post the “actual and complete” address or I get tons of spam. I think you can figure it out.

Gosh it’s hard to stop sewing and take pictures and post these bags, but I promise as soon as I get Jack packed for his short trip I will get the camera and see what I can do. In the meantime the comment section of the site keeps filling up with spam and it is hard to recognize an actual comment. If you don’t have my email, by all means use the comment section to contact me, however you will have to be specific in the first few words so I can recognize your message to be legitimate…sorry, I am working on this issue…but for now…. sigh..

We had the pleasure of attending one more convention with Jacks former employer in Scottsdale last month. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful time. During some free time I went in search of the Goodwill and found a great stack of new fabric. This bag from part of the stash has become my current favorite!
It is 17 inches across at the bottom, four inches front to back, has a magnetic closure, inside zip and slip pockets( phone, cell and pen) Notice i put a stone embellishment on the flap front. Expect more bags in this style because I really like it!

I made a bag for some of the girls . This one is for Toni and is made from reversable quilted fabric. It has pockets inside and a zipped pocket on the back. The picture is one of our favorites showing her hubby and daughter. I embellished it with black trims and lace. She said she loved it. I really like the fabric and am hunting for more of it to make another style!

Robin being half Indian loves all things native american, so it was a natural to make this bag from southwest prints. The light brown body is from a found piece of the softest plush that came from one of my faorite places…a thrift store! I lined it with a print of running horses and it has pockets inside one of which is zipped. This pattern is one of my favorite and I think Robin liked it too! You can see the picture of it below.
